NATICK – Natick Is United (NIU), founded in 2016, is growing rapidly as current events make its antiracist mission resonate within the Natick community.

This growth has led to the proverbial ‘good problem.”

Natick Is United needs good people, and the group is looking for an Assistant Coordinator to help its planning team carry out the day-to-day office tasks, and to provide programming, fundraising, and communications support.

Natick Is United received non-profit status in 2019.

Since that time, they’ve been leading community trainings and conversations through their Racial Justice Series (check out recordings of their Racial Justice Panels at https://www.natickisunited.org/videos), sharing online resources for individual learning, popping up at community and cultural events, and advocating for equity and justice through member newsletters and social media presence, and with values-aligned partners from across the MW region.

The organization’s leadership team includes individuals from local non-profits, the Natick Police Department, Natick Public Schools, Faith Based Organizations, the Natick Health Department and various Natick agencies.
