1 Last night, the City Council unanimously approved Mayor Charlie Sisitsky’s nomination for a new planning, economic development, and community development director.

Sarkis M. Sarkisian, is a Natick resident, and will coming to the City of Framingham after serving for 13 years as Town Planner for the Town of Wayland and 17 years as Community Development Director for the Town of Natick.

2. On Monday evening, Mayor Sisitsky recommended employees, and the public wear masks in City Hall and in other City public buildings like the Libraries and the senior center, after a spike in cases. It is a recommendation and NOT a requirement.

Mayor Charlie Sisitsky will meet with Governor Charlie Baker today in the Massachusetts State House.
