HUDSON – Raymond A. Verrier, 80 of Hudson, died at his home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Turner Falls, MA, the son of the late Leger and Dianne (Lapalme) Verrier

Raymond served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1962.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 19 years, Donna M. (Kelley) Verrier of Hudson; 2 daughters, Pamela Collier and her husband Robert of AK, Donna Goff and her husband Gary of WA; 3 sons, Chris Verrier and his fiancé Cyndy of MA, Jeff Verrier and his wife Sondra of NV, Raymond Verrier Jr of MA; 3 stepdaughters, Lisa DiDonato and her husband Adam of Marlborough, Lori Payne and her husband Chris of CO and Amy Berardinelli of CO; 12 grandchildren

He was predeceased by his daughter Kimberly Belcufine and sister, Margaret Copen.

He enjoyed line dancing and partner dancing at The Barn in Boylston, MA

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 7, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. in St Bernadette’s Church, 266 Main St., Northborough, MA. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson, MA.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 2-4 p.m. in the Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main Street, Marlborough, MA
