FRAMINGHAM -The Framingham Democrats will caucus via Zoom to elect 37 delegates and six alternates to send to the Massachusetts State Convention on June 3 and June 4 at the DCU Center in Worcester.

Registered and pre-registered Democrats in Framingham, who are 16 years old by Feb. 4 may vote and be elected as a delegate or alternate during the caucus.

Youth (age 16 to 35), people with disabilities, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community not elected as delegates or alternates are encouraged to apply to be add-on delegates at the caucus.

At the convention, delegates from across the state will gather to endorse Democrats running for key statewide offices like governor, attorney general, lieutenant governor and secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

There will be a primary election in September and a final election in November.
