FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man at Sierra Trading Post in Shoppers World on a shoplifting charge yesterday, January 23.

Police arrested Jake Pizette, 28, of 3 merchant Road of Framingham at 4:40 p.m. at 1 Worcester Road.

He was charged with resisting arrest, and larceny over $1.200.

“Pizette was observed leaving the store with a cart full of items.  When officers attempted to stop him outside of the store he ran,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“Officers were able to catch up with him and place him under arrest,” said Lt. Mickens.

The merchandise totaled approximately $1,300, said Lt. Mickens.
