NATICK – A teen boy was struck while crossing Speen Street in Natick just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 12.

An ambulance was requested to 321 Speen Street, which is near the Cloverleaf strip mall and the Natick Mall.

The boy, 14 suffered a head injury, according to first responders.

He was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

The driver of the sedan who struck the boy stopped and stayed on scene.

Natick Police are investigating.
