FRAMINGHAM – A driver will be cited, and charges are pending, after a crash into a stone wall on Monday morning, according to Framingham Police.

Police responded to a single car crash at 635 Salem End Road yesterday, January 10 at 5:48 a.m.

Framingham Police Officers found a vehicle had struck a stone wall, but that the driver was not in the vehicle, explained police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“The operator was no longer on scene but was located shortly afterwards,” said Lt. Mickens.

“A citation was issued and charges will be filed,” said Lt. Mickens.

The driver, a man, 31, “suffered non-life-threatening injuries,” in the crash. He was transported to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham.
