FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police is seeking the public’s help to find a missing man, 71.
Richard A. Palmer was last seen on November 18.
He is 6 feet tall and about 170 pounds.
Police said his current whereabouts is unknown.
He does not have a cell phone or vehicle registered to him.
