1 Snow is still falling, It is expected to stop by noon. National Weather Service forecasted 5-8 inches of snow in Framingham and already 8 inches by 9 a.m.

2. Schools are closed today.

Framingham State University will not open until 4:30 p.m.

3. No City of Framingham meetings today. City Hall is physically closed. Employees are working remotely, except for essential workers. The Mayor and the COO are at City Hall today.

4. No trash collection today. It will be collected on Saturday. There is an emergency snow parking ban in effect until tonight.

5. Starting today there will be a 2-week pause on indoor, group activities.

Yesterday, the Framingham Public Schools reported its highest one-day COVID case total at 141 cases.

Earlier this week, the City announced a 90% increase in COVID cases. The City now has more than 1,700 active cases.
