FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Thanksgiving at 3:30 a.m.

Framingham Police received a report of an “erratic operator crossing onto the wrong side of the road” on Franklin Street at 3:24 a.m., said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police located a vehicle around 3:30 p.m.

After an investigation by officers, it was determined the driver was operating under the influence of alcohol and he was placed under arrest, said Lt. Mickens.

Arrested at 3:30 a.m. at 460 Franklin Street was Julian Canzano-Pennant, 23, of 56 Wilson Drive of Framingham. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
