Police Arrest Framingham Teen on Motor Vehicle Charges

FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested on October 23 at 8:15 p.m. near Learned’s Beach a Framingham teen on motor vehicle charges.

Police arrested Adrian Silva Moreira, 18, of 126 Beaver Street of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license and operating a motor vehicle after registration suspended,

“The operator was found to have a suspended license and the vehicle registration was also suspended,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.
