FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police & Fire responded to Riverpath Drive on Sunday, October 3 for a girl, 9, who was riding her scooter and struck by a vehicle.

Around 2:45 p.m. yesterday afternoon, Engine 2 and Ambulance 5 responded to the area of 80 Riverpath Drive, according to Framingham Fire Chief Michael Dutcher.

“Ambulance 5 transported a 9-year-old female, who was struck by a motor vehicle, while riding her scooter,” said Chief Dutcher.

She was taken to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham with “some scrapes and bruises,” said Chief Dutcher.

Framingham Police are investigating.
