FRAMINGHAM – A sealed bid auction has been scheduled for an eye sore in South Framingham.
The former gas station site at 272-284 Hollis Street, near the former Memorial Elementary School, in District 8, is owned by Speedway LLC.
NRC.com is auctioning off 166 former service station, retail development, and undeveloped land sites in 22 states, including this property on Route 126 in Framingham.

The Framingham lot size is 22,595 square feet.
There 2020 property taxes were $8,503.
Sealed bids are being accepted through September 30, 2021.
There is no minimum bid.
The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Properties are being sold in an as-is where-is with all faults condition, and NRC recommends that anyone planning on submitting a bid perform his or her investigation of the Properties prior to making a bid.
