FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library is hosting a virtual Food Explorers workshop on Friday, August 13 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The program is for middle and high school teens.

Learn to make “No Churn Ice-Cream and Hot Fudge Sauce.”

You don’t need an ice-cream maker for this recipe, which comes together in a flash.

You’ll need the following ingredients: 2 cans sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream (2 cups), chocolate chips, butter and optional vanilla.  You will also need an electric hand-held or stand mixer.
