FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Schools is losing more than 30 employees, from 11 buildings, buildings & grounds, and central office, due to retirements, as the 2020-21 school year comes to a close.

In total the 34 employees, have given 535 years of service to the public school district.

Among the retirees is the District’s Multilingual Education Gen Grieci, with 32 years of service.

Other retirees with more than decades of service include:

  • Hemenway Elementary therapist Jean Esposito – 34 years
  • McCarthy Elementary teacher Marianne Gately – 33 years
  • Mechanic Mark Tessier, with Framingham Buildings & Grounds – 32 years
  • BLOCKS aide Lucy Flores – 31 years
  • Framingham High secretary Denise Dagle – 31 years
  • Executive Assistant (technology) Danielle Glimcher – 30 years
