FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police recovered a stolen motorbike and arrested 2 individuals, including one juvenile on Memorial Day.

“Officers were taking a report for a motorcycle stolen on Freeman Street, when dispatch received a call that the motorcycle was spotted on Clark Street,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

At 2:08 p.m. Police arrested a juvenile at David & Freeman Street and charged him with larceny of a motorcycle.

At 2:37 p.m. Police arrested Jonathan Lopez, 21, of 9 Cove Avenue of Framingham. He was charged with larceny of a motorcycle and outstanding warrants.

“Officers went to the area and found Lopez and a juvenile to be in possession of the motorcycle,” said Sgt. Mickens.

The two suspects “attempted to flee in a motor vehicle but were stopped and placed under arrest,” she added.
