FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced in a press release that the Mayor and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will hold a community hour virtually on Tuesday, May 11 about the fiscal year 2022 budget.

The Spicer administration released its proposed budget last Friday, April 30.

The budget is at $307 million plus and is at the maximum tax increase allowed at 2.5%

Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer will be joined by Framingham’s Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelley to discuss the City’s FY22 budget at 5 to 6 p.m.

The City’s CFO announced she would retire on June 29 earlier this week.

Attendees will be able to pose questions during the hour via Zoom’s Chat function.
