“The objective of the sessions is for the City to be able to guide Framingham businesses in the direction of potential resources that may help with the recovery as well as to discuss issues that may not have been thought about during the past year,” said Shea.

The City want to hear:

  • What challenges have you faced in reopening your business?
  • Are you having difficulty retaining or hiring employees?
  • What innovative measures have you taken now that you haven’t prior to COVID?
  • What are the positive experiences that you’ve had during the past year?
  • What can the City of Framingham do to help?

Staff members from Inspectional Services, Board of Health, Licensing, and Zoning will also be attending the listening sessions.
