Aegean Restaurant Sold at Auction For $1.1 Million

FRAMINGHAM – The former Aegean Restaurant was sold at auction today, April 13 for $1.1 million

The property is assessed by the City of Framingham for $2,468,600.

The restaurant was owned by Ntasios Family Realty Company.

It was purchased by Paul Linder.

The starting bid for the 257 Cochituate Road property was $600,000.

The property was originally put on the auction block in February 2020, but postponed. It was placed back on the auction block in March 2021.
