BOSTON – The National Weather Service in Boston has issued a winter storm watch for Thursday, February 18.

There is the potential snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.

Snow is expected to start Thursday and go into Friday.

Travel could be difficult.

The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute Thursday and Friday.
