UPDATED: Framingham Man, 36, Charged With Sexual Assault & Battery of Teen

FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man and charged him with sexual assault and battery on a juvenile on Friday, January 22.

Arrested at 12:11 p.m. in Newton was Josias Campos, 36, of 12 Kendall Avenue in Framingham. He was charged with indecent sexual assault and battery on a person over age 14.

The police spokesperson said the individual was a juvenile. The spokesperson said the victim and Campos knew each other and the assault was not random.
