FRAMINGHAM – A year-long investigation by the MetroWest Drug Task Force resulted in the arrest of a Framingham man on Friday night, January 22.

After several search warrants were executed, Massachusetts State Police made the motor vehicle stop on January 22 at 6:25 p.m. at 1626 Worcester Road.

Officers then arrested Elijah Jacobs, 31, of 75 Winthrop Street of Framingham.

Police recovered 60 round of ammunition and drugs, said Framingham Police Lt. Patricia Grigas.

Jacobs was charged with Drug Trafficking Heroin/Morphine/ opium Class A  (90 grams of Oxycodone), Drug Trafficking Cocaine Class B (20 grams of cocaine) , Drug Trafficking Class E (Xanax, 90 grams), and Possession of Ammunition. He was also charged with firearm violation with 2 prior violent/drug crimes.
