FRAMINGHAM – MetroWest Medical Center employees celebrated on Thanksgiving Day with traditional Thanksgiving meals to enjoy while they are at work.

Many people are able to take holidays off to spend with their loved ones, but essential workers have to sacrifice their time to care for others, said the medical center.

The team at MetroWest Medical Center is happy to do this and they are greatly appreciated for their service, said the medical center.

Patients at the hospital also have the option to enjoy a turkey dinner, complete with stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.

This year Thanksgiving is very different due to the coronavirus pandemic.
