FRAMINGHAM – Neighbors have set up a GoFundMe for Framingham residents, whose Potter Road home was damaged by fire over the weekend.

“This past Saturday night our neighbor’s house on Potter Road caught fire and the two adult occupants and their two dogs were displaced.  The damage to the house and property is estimated to be between $60,000 -$75,000 (Framingham Source). The family will need to live in alternative housing since the house has suffered structural as well as smoke damage. Neighbors have been coming together to help the family, and many have asked where they can make donations,” wrote Jennifer Yurrita.

This GoFundMe is to help offset some of the family’s costs and items they may need. Right now specific items needed are not known, but updates will be provided as new information becomes available, she wrote.

The initial goal is to raise $500.
