FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man Friday afternoon, October 9, on a charge of receiving a stolen vehicle.

Police arrested at 3:25 p.m. at 276 Union Avenue Sereyvuti Yem, 36, of 22 fairbanks Road of Framingham.

He was charegd with using a motor vehicle without authorization and receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Sereyvuti did not return a rental car, explained Lt. Patricia Grigas.

He claimed he was allowed to operate the vehicle thru his corporation, said Lt. Grigas.
