FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham announced just before 10 a.m. today, August 5, that its phone system is not operational due to yesterday’s tropical storm.

Currently all inbound and outbound calling is down for all City Departments due to the storm yesterday. The 911 system remains fully operational. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

The City’s voice provider is working to resolve the inbound and outbound calling issue.

Currently there is no is ETA for its restoration.
