1 Framingham Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay will hold a ZOOM call with parents & educators and a press conference today remotely, to discuss potential school re-opening plans.
The Q&A sessions are today from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and again from 4 to 5 p.m.
2. The City of Framingham announced today at 8;45 a.m. that Lake Waushakum would open for swimmers.
Today, July 22 is the first day the southside beach has been open this season. The health department had closed the beach since opening day July 1.
3. The Framingham City Council voted 10-1 last night to have a moratorium on apartments in the City of Framingham for a few months to study the construction’s effect on traffic, the city, schools, etc.
