FRAMINGHAM – Nathan Doak, a first grade student at MCCarthy Elementary School, was cleaning up trash by his school on Thursday, when he found a “realistic” looking water gun, said his mother Nicole.

“A Framingham Police Officer lives in our neighborhood. After hearing about how upset my son was and how hard he’s been working in our neighborhood, our neighbor and three fellow officers stopped by to thank my son and present him with fantastic gifts,” said Doak.

“Nathan received a challenge coin, a key chain, a shirt, and a police patch he wants to put on his safety vest,” said his mom.
