Framingham Police Investigating Stolen Cell Phone & $5,000 Theft

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are investigating a cell phone theft that cost the victim $5,000.

Yesterday, at 12:46 p.m., a cell phone was reported stolen at 969 Concord Street, said Framingham Police.

“A cell phone was stolen and used to access the victim’s bank account taking $5,000,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The incident “is under investigation,” said Lt., Mickens, so no other information was released.
