FRAMINGHAM – Firefighters responded to Framingham High for a small, outside fire on the Framingham High School campus yesterday, March 22.

“Engine 2 responded to the area behind the tennis courts for a small, outside “camp fire,” said Framingham Fire Chief Michael Dutcher.

The fire was reported just before 8 a.m., after classes begin at the high school.

“The fire was quickly put out by firefighters using a water extinguisher,” said Chief Dutcher.

The City’s newest fire station is located adjacent to Framingham High School.
