1 The National Weather Service said an arctic chill is coming on Thursday and will last into Saturday afternoon. Wind chills could be extreme and power outages are possible.

Today is Groundhog Day – Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning, so the forecast is six more weeks of winter. Phil has predicted winter more than 100 times, according to records dating back to 1887. This marks the 137th celebration of Groundhog Day

2. The MWRTA will hold a meeting tonight, in partnership with Framingham Public Schools, to explain the regional transit authority and how middle and high school students can uses the buses to get to and from school. There is a Zoom link too.

  • The first ever Framingham Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Trails Committee meeting will be held tonight at 7 p.m.

5. Superintendent of Schools Bob Tremblay announced last night that graduation for the Class of 2023 will remain on Friday night, June 2.
