Police: Framingham Man ‘Masturbating’ in Target Parking Lot

FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested last week by Framingham Police, after an adult woman observed him “masturbating inside of his vehicle,” said Framingham Police spokesperson.

“Police were notified and located him inside of his vehicle,” which was parked at 400 Cochituate Road. “After an investigation he was placed under arrest,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Arrested at 10:04 p.m. on June 22 was Bryant Blanco, 26, of 61 Fountain Street in Framingham.

He was charged with lewdness, open & gross.
