FRAMINGHAM – Tracy Moutafis was out walking the dogs early this morning, when she spotted a rainbow in Framingham.
Rainbows happened when water in the atmosphere acts as a prism, scattering light waves, creating a multi-colored arc in the sky.
The height of a rainbow depends on the sun.
The lower the sun, the higher the rainbow.
