FRAMINGHAM – “Officer” Raphael Castro, celebrated his third birthday by visiting with Framingham Police.
Dressed in a uniform, he met with a few police officers and Deputy Police Chief Ron Brandolini.

Castro, and his sister Daphny both were in uniform, for the tour.
