FRAMINGHAM – Police discovered a Framingham woman passed at the wheel of her car at 14 Cochituate Road on Valentine’s Day.

Police arrested at 9:54 p.m. Julie Lindner, 35, of 63A Beaver Park Road of Framingham on Route 30.

Inside the vehicle, were two children under the age of 5, one of which was Linder’s child, according to police.

The car was still running, when police arrived.

Lindner failed field sobriety tests on the scene, according to police.

Late, Lindner registered a .19 on a Breathalyzer test at the police station. The legal limit in Massachusetts is .08.

Lindner was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and two counts of child endangerment while under the influence.

She was scheduled to be arraigned today, February 18 in Framingham District Court.
