FRAMINGHAM – Milton High may have showed up late for the meet, but once the cross-country race began at Farm Pond Park, it was all Wildcats.
The first eight runners across the finish line on a rainy Thursday evening were all from Milton High.
Wildcat senior Christina Sullivan won the 5,000-meter race in 21.50 minutes.
Milton junior Katie O’Toole was second with her senior teammate Norah Affanato third.
Framingham High captain Emma Rothwell was the first Flyers across the finish line in 24.12 minutes.

Freshman Briahanna Diaz was second for Framingham across the finish line in 24.38 minutes. Junior Chloe Mills was third for the Flyers in 24.49 minutes.
Other varsity runners for Framingham were junior captain Cindy Zhao in 25.34 minutes, junior Mia DeMore in 25.54 minutes, Freshman Charuvi Singh in 26,46 minutes and freshman Leisel Krohne in 27.11 minutes.
Next for the Flyers is a tri-meet against host Newton North High and Needham High on Friday, September 17.
