FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police responded to a crash at Route 126 and Winthrop Street, near the former Memorial elementary school, now a Framingham Housing Authority property, on Sunday, August 1.

A driver was pulling from Winthrop Street onto Hollis Street, when the driver collided with another motor vehicle traveling south on Hollis Street, according to police.

The crash happened around 10 :30 a.m.

“Two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were transported,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

One driver was cited, said Lt. Mickens.
