FRAMINGHAM – A juvenile on a bicycle was struck by a motor vehicle on Saturday, May 15 around 8;30 p.m.
A motor vehicle was travelling westbound on Route 9 when a juvenile entered the roadway on their bicycle, said Framingham Police DeputyChief Sean Riley.
The vehicle came to an abrupt stop but hit the juveniles rear tire which caused the bike to get knocked over, said the deputy chief.
No injuries were sustained and no violations were given to the operator of the vehicle because the bicyclist entered the roadway when they shouldn’t have and this was confirmed by witnesses, said Deputy Chief Riley.
