UPDATE from Framingham Police at 12:45 p.m. May 16: “As a result of a further investigation into the Danforth Park dog biting incident, it has been determined the person and dog in the photo were not involved as originally reported. We want to thank the male for calling the station this morning and cooperating while we investigated this case further.”

Due to this update from Police, SOURCE has deleted the photo posted last night and updated the report

Originally posted at 10;13 p.m. on May 15. Updated at 7:48 a.m. on Sunday from police – “We want to thank everyone for the help, the male in this photo has contacted the officer investigating this case.”

FRAMINGHAM – A toddler, 2, was bit by a dog near Danforth Park in Framingham around 11 a.m.

Framingham Police are seeking to identify the owner of the dog.

Police posted the photos (below) tonight, May 15 around 9:30 p.m.
