Kevin P. Crotty, 84, of Marlborough and formerly Framingham, died Sunday, July 6, 2025, after a period of declining health.  Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Kenneth & Katherine (Boland) Crotty.

Kevin was raised and educated in Framingham and was a graduate of Framingham High School. He went on to graduate with a bachelors of science from Suffolk University and went on to enjoy a more than 30 year career with the Department of Public Works for the Town of Framingham retiring as a Public Works Supervisor.

Kevin served in the Massachusetts National Guard for many years retiring as a Major. He enjoyed tinkering with model cars and trains and had a passion for antique cars.  He was a Framingham Town Meeting Member for years and was the Past Exalted Ruler for the Framingham Elks Lodge.

Kevin is survived by his sisters, Susan “Dee” Bent & her husband Paul Bent of Marlborough, and Mary Bocchino of CT, his nephew, Keith Bent, nieces, Kristin Knapp & her husband Peter, and Colleen Brusso & her husband Scott, and great niece and nephew, Winifred and Oliver Knapp.

Besides his parents, Kevin was predeceased by his brother, Shawn and niece, Kathy Savvas.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Kevin’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Norton, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. Framingham on Friday, July 11th from 9-10:30AM. His Funeral Mass will follow in St. Stephen Church, 221 Concord St. Framingham at 11 o’clock.  Interment will be private.
