It is with sorrow and love that we mourn the passing of Robert (Bob) Joseph Quinzani, Sr., of Millis, MA, on April 12, 2024 at the age of 85. Born on January 16, 1939, in Framingham, MA, Bob was a cherished son, beloved husband, treasured father, proud grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Bob leaves behind his children; Robert Quinzani, Jr., Diane Quinzani, David Quinzani and his wife Crystal, Susan Hamilton and her husband John, and Kathleen Murphy and her husband Michael, along with his eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his devoted wife, Gloria, to whom he was married for 62 years and by his sister Jean Capobianco.

Bob served with honor in the US Army as a young man. His commitment to service continued in his career with the Framingham Fire Department, retiring as Captain.

He was an avid outdoorsman and animal lover. A longtime resident of Millis, he could often be found enjoying the serenity of nature or the companionship of his pets.

The Quinzani family wishes to extend their gratitude to the caregivers who supported Bob during his final days.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St., (Corner of Union Ave.) Framingham on Tuesday April 16, 2024, 4 – 7 PM followed by funeral services Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery, Framingham MA.
