Welcome to Summer. Welcome to PAC.
Give us a try. Bring a friend. You’ll be glad you did.
Looking for an experience that’s personal and meaningful… not more busyness and an over-commitment?
Receive in-depth, small group instruction amongst like-minded peers in programs that are five to seven days in length.

The Performing Arts Center of MetroWest (PAC) is pleased to announce their Summer 2023 camps: Choral Intensive, Audition Bootcamp, and Stage 1: A Camp for Young Actors. All programs are being planned for an in person experience at PAC MetroWest, 3 Maple Street in Framingham. These fun, engaging, and welcoming programs are all professionally staffed.

The one week Choral Intensive is open to youth ages 8-10 and will run from June 26 to June 30 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Young artists will learn group vocal technique, music theory, choral music, and participate in team building and music-making to nourish the voice and the soul.

The seven day Audition Bootcamp is open to youth ages 10-14+ and will run from July 6-7 and July 10-14 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to hone their technical and acting skills, build confidence, learn new repertoire, and collaborate with other theater-lovers in a fun and safe environment. By the end of PAC’s Audition Bootcamp, each student will have learned, prepared, and performed two contrasting audition cuts that show off their unique vocal talents and acting skills. Students will leave camp prepared for any audition that comes their way, equipped with in-depth knowledge to prepare music and develop a character. Students will receive hours of one-on-one instruction with three industry professionals, participate in masterclasses and mock auditions, receive acting and movement instruction, and have fun bonding with like-minded peers.

The one week Stage 1: A Camp for Young Actors is open to youth ages 8-10 and will run from July 17 to July 21 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Students will gain confidence as they learn skills in creative thinking, collaboration, scene study, improv, reading comprehension, mindfulness, and physical acting. Students will examine short scenes, plays, and monologues.
