FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham Teen at 4:16 a.m. on April 25.

“Officers responded to a report of a suspicious noise in the alley at 81 Irving Street,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Framingham Police arrested Angel Y. Alvardo, 18, of 58B Beaver Terrace Circle of Framingham.

“On arrival, an officer observed Alvarado attempting to steal a moped,” said Lt. Mickens.

After a short foot pursuit officers took him into custody, said Framingham Police spokesperson.

He was charged with possession of a burglarious instrument, larceny over $1,200, malicious destruction of property, trespassing, and disturbing the peace.
