Like many members of the Potter Road community, I was impressed with Ms. Cyr’s warm and enthusiastic interactions with students and staff as well as with her evidenced commitment to elementary education throughout her career. Ms. Cyr brings with her decades of experience as a leader,” said Supt. Tremblay in his announcement.

“It is with great enthusiasm that I join the Potter Road School and Framingham Public Schools!  I am eager to meet the students, faculty, and families, as I enter into my new role on July 1st.  It is evident that the Potter Road School is a proud and caring community, with a focus on recognizing and celebrating the strengths of all students.  Over the course of the upcoming school year, I look forward to establishing collaborative partnerships that will continue to support students, staff members, and families,” said Cyr in a statement to families this morning.

“The District is grateful to Principal Larry Wolpe for his dedicated years of service to the Framingham Public Schools and the Potter Road community. We look forward to working with Ms. Cyr towards a seamless transition for the school community and supporting her efforts to onboard a Vice Principal at Potter Road Elementary School as this is a process that Ms. Cyr will facilitate in her role as building principal,” said Supt. Tremblay.
