SUDBURY – Sudbury Police arrested a Framingham man, after a woman said he exposed himself to her masturbating.

At 7:24 a.m., today, April 14, Sudbury Police received a 9-1-1 call from a female victim, who said she on Boston Post Road in Sudbury, and she observed a man exposing himself to her masturbating.

The male suspect was inside a vehicle in a public parking area, close to an a business entrance.

The vehicle – a 2017 Chevy Trax, gray with Massachusetts license plate 5HR546 – left the area, and the victim followed the subject, while providing the vehicles direction to responding officers, said Sudbury Police.

Sudbury Police issued an alert and Framingham and Marlborough Police helped with the search.

At 8 a.m., a Sudbury Police Officer, operating an unmarked police cruiser, was searching a residential area in North Framingham when he observed the suspect vehicle approach his location.

Sudbury Police stopped the vehicle on Patony Road in Framingham.

Police eventually arrested John Driscoll, 52, of 101 Simpson Drive in Framingham.

He was charged with open and gross lewd and lascivious behavior, accost/annoy another person, and disorderly conduct.

Driscoll was transported to Sudbury Police and booked.

He is a level 2 sex offender.
