FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man on assault and shoplifting charges, yesterday afternoon, April 5.

Police arrested Ayanle H. Mohamed, 33, of 1612 Worcester Road in Framingham.

He was arrested at 3:09 p.m. and charged with assault, defacing public property, disorderly conduct and shoplifting by asportation.

“He stole $850 worth of items from Stop and Shop on Temple Street,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“He threatened to assault officers several times during their interaction with him, and also urinated in the booking area,” said the Police spokesperson.
