FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police were called to a parking lot on Route 30, after a crash, for a man threatening an another with a baseball bat.

Police were called to 341 Cochituate Road parking lot for an assault on Friday, March 31 at 1:04 p.m.

This started as an “argument stemming from the accident in the parking lot,” said Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“One party pulled out a baseball bat during the argument,” said the Framingham Police spokesperson.

One will be summonsed to court on charges, said Lt. Mickens.

No one was injured, said the Police spokesperson.
