FRAMINGHAM – A Boston-based developer has purchased three properties in downtown Framingham for $5 million.

Boston-based Greenville Real Estate Group owner purchased 40 Hollis Street and 56 Hollis Street on March 31, from Hollis Street Trust, according to the Middlesex Registry of Deeds.,

Greenville Real Estate Group isa real estate development and property management company.

The City of Framingham has assessed 40 Hollis Street at $822,800.

City of Framingham has assessed 56 Hollis Street at $2.4 million.

The properties are home to several small business and apartments, including Pueblito Paisa Colombia Restaurant at 66 Hollis Street.

The developer did not return an email sent Friday on the sale.

No plans have been filed with the City for redevelopment.
