FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Route 9 apartment building.

A man is reported to have “pulled what appeared to be a firearm out and stole a necklace the victim was selling,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Lt. Mickens said it was a gold necklace.

The theft took place around 7 p.m. on March 15 at 1612 Worcester Road, inside the apartment building in a common area, said Police.

The suspect is described as a “Brazilian male with hand tattoos, black jacket, black and white sweatpants, and a black hat,” said Lt. Mickens.

Framingham Police have no suspects at this time.
