“It’s a quick service restaurant for those who’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s Everything is freshly made to order, freshly sliced, freshly grilled. We bake our own bread, there’s no alcohol and our only products are sub sandwiches, chips, cookies, and sodas,” said Tombs to the Commissioners.

It will be a 14-seat restaurant.

“I plan to employ anywhere between 20 and 30 people,” said Tombs at the public meeting.

Hours of operation will be Monday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The vote to approve was 3-0 with two Commissioner not present at the meeting. They were Tiel Wadland and Laura Medrano.

Jersey Mike’s plans to have its grand opening in April 2023.
